Villa Santa Barbara sits in an elevated position offering panoramic views extending from Naxos island to the Icarian Sea. Designed by awarded Architects, the villa size is 750m2 and sleeps 12 guests, consisting of 6 spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The villa's design emphasises outdoor living, offering various leisure options throughout the day. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private infinity pool, unwind in the hot jacuzzi, read your favorite novel under a shaded pergola with a view of the sea, or watch a movie on the 55-inch TV. An outdoor shaded dining area for 12 guests with direct kitchen access, offers the perfect backdrop for memorable meals. After dark, the strategically placed lighting adds a lively dimension to the exterior spaces of the villa.

The villa spans two levels. The entrance leads to a spacious living room that connects to the pergola, which opens to a formal dining area, both areas offering captivating sea views. The kitchen that includes a large breakfast table for 12 is fully furnished and suitable for indoor or outdoor gatherings. The decor reflects a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring white and wooden furniture in harmony with the Cycladic architecture.

The 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms of the villa (all with ensuite bathrooms) are spread across the entire width of the villa. Three are located on the ground floor with direct pool access, and four of them are on the upper level, offering fantastic sea views. The villa's layout ensures a considerable degree of privacy, as most of the bedrooms are situated away from the main living area. All rooms exude a summer vibe and are equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, large safe boxes, satellite TV, Sonos sound system with Bose speakers.

There is a large open air living area in front of the spacious swimming pool. A basketball court and table tennis will keep the guests busy until the early hours of the evening while the Sonos speakers provide a festive tone throughout the property.

The generously sized swimming pool is equipped with an infinity-edge and you can watch the sunrise over the Aegean Sea from the heated jacuzzi in a stone cave. Its shaded pergolas are the perfect spaces for outdoor dining or moments of repose while enjoying the stunning vista.
